Return Policy

 

At House of Merciae, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product arrived damaged, you may return it within 5 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ecommerense.express@gmail.com and provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Please note that return shipping costs is on us.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at houseofmerciae@gmail.com and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with a replacement.

Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
