At House of Merciae, we aim to process and ship every order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
United States Shipping
House of Merciae offers free shipping on all U.S. orders.
After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and available shipping service.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country or local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to House of Merciae.
House of Merciae is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other international shipping procedures.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided using one of our shipping partners.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly first using your tracking information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If an order is returned to House of Merciae because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping Delays
While we work to ensure orders are shipped promptly, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
House of Merciae is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
